Regulations

§ 1 Preliminary Provisions

All services offered on the website websiteok.ie are provided by Websiteok. All prices listed are net amounts.

The confirmation of purchase from Websiteok is the VAT Invoice issued after the payment has been recorded.

§ 2 Order Fulfillment

1. We carry out website and online store projects upon receiving the necessary materials from the client and after receiving a 50% advance payment of the final price of the ordered project. The standard completion time for a website or online store is approximately 10 business days. Additional changes requested by the client may extend the completion time by up to an additional 30 days.

2. Changes to websites are accepted via email at: post@websiteok.ie.

3. The purchase of a website or online store project entitles the client to free content changes on the website for up to 30 days from the date of project publication, with a limit of three revisions. Changes requested after 30 days from the website's publication date will be subject to an additional fee charged to the client, based on the amount of work required for the requested changes. The fee for one working hour is €100.

4. All photos, videos, or audio files used for website design are purchased from multimedia banks or provided by the client. The license for multimedia purchased from banks entitles us to use them multiple times in projects for commercial purposes and archiving. The client is not allowed to use photos from purchased projects for their own purposes.

5. Websiteok reserves the right to accept or reject orders without providing reasons.

6. If a completed website project is not paid for within 30 days of its publication on the internet, we will block the website and display a message indicating the need for payment. We will remove the message upon receiving payment for the completed work. Until outstanding payments are settled, email accounts associated with the unpaid website will also be blocked. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to a blocked website or email accounts. Please ensure timely payment.

§ 3 Prices and Payments

1. The current price list for services provided by Websiteok can be found at: index.htmlcennik/.

2. For website projects, we provide free hosting for one year, which is provided by an external service provider. The price for extending the hosting account for an additional year is €100.

3. Once the ordered services have begun, there is no possibility of refunding the advance payment towards future services. In cases where work on a website or online store has already been completed and the client decides to cancel our services, the advance payment will be forfeited for the work already completed.

4. If the proposed graphic design of a website or online store does not meet the individual taste of the client, the client has the right to request a new graphic design by providing us with more detailed expectations. If the second graphic design also does not meet the client's expectations, the client may purchase a new design by making a new payment through a portal that sells ready-made designs.

5. If the proposed logo designs do not meet the client's taste, the client may purchase another logo design and provide more detailed requirements.

6. Website positioning is a paid service. We do not guarantee that a positioned website will achieve a higher ranking on Google search results (for the agreed keyword) compared to its previous ranking. We are not responsible for any client interference beyond our knowledge regarding online rankings. Once a website achieves a higher ranking on Google search results compared to before the start of positioning, the service is considered successfully completed. The projected positioning results are forecasts and do not form part of the agreement.

7. After payment of the VAT Invoice for the completed service project, the client fully accepts the completed service.

§ 4 Intellectual Property

1. By sending us materials, the client agrees to their use in the website project or other ordered services, as well as their archiving for potential future changes to the project. By sending us materials for the website project, the client declares that they have the right to use and publish the materials on their own domain on the internet.

2. By providing company data for the purpose of issuing an Invoice, the client also agrees to the inclusion of this data in the accounting program. By choosing our services, the client agrees to receive invoices electronically (via email).

3. Websiteok reserves the right to refuse to publish content that is suspected of infringing copyright by the client. If copyright-infringing or non-compliant content is detected and reported on the client's website (hosted on our server), we may block or delete the reported content without the client's consent, informing them after the removal has been performed. Websiteok is not responsible for the content posted on client websites for which the client does not hold copyright or publishing rights on the internet.

4. Graphic designs on websites are protected by copyright. In accordance with the law, they constitute a work within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights and are subject to protection. Claims for unlawful use of materials from other websites are based on the Act on Copyright and Related Rights dated February 4, 1994, and the Act on Combating Unfair Competition dated April 16, 1993. In the event of discovering unauthorized use of graphics designed by Websiteok on other websites, we reserve the right to notify law enforcement authorities and initiate proceedings to obtain compensation for copyright infringement.

We reserve the right to amend the content of the regulations by publishing a new version on the website. The current regulations are available at websiteok.ie/regulamin.html.

2. Websiteok is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of external service provider servers or errors resulting from other technical issues. By setting up accounts on our server, the client can use them to host their website for display on the internet, but Websiteok remains the administrator, and the client does not have direct access to the server account. For security reasons, it is not possible to install applications, pages, or scripts provided by other companies.

3. For technical reasons, we do not accept responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect operation of the CMS system. In a situation where the CMS system is not functioning properly, it can only be restored to the state at the time of completion (end of the project), with a mandatory update to the latest version. In such a situation, the restoration of changes made by the CMS system, such as adding website content, is the responsibility of the client.

4. Clients ordering a website project with a CMS system installation and choosing to host the website on our servers agree to allow us to perform free CMS system updates on their website. The updates aim to improve the security and functionality of the CMS system. Updates are mandatory. After performing a collective update of the CMS system for all websites on our servers, a message will appear on the websiteok.ie website asking the client to check the correctness of the display and functionality of their website. It is the client's responsibility to check the correctness of the display and functionality of the website. Please report any errors to email: post@websiteok.ie, and they will be fixed within 48 hours.

5. By ordering a website project, the client agrees to include a small information notice (with an active hyperlink to our website) in the website project, stating that the website has been designed by our company. The notice will be placed in the footer (at the bottom) of the website and serves informational purposes.

6. Clients using services offered by Websiteok and providing an email address for electronic correspondence agree to receive messages containing information about any changes in the provision of services and other informational bulletins. If the client does not agree to be informed about the aforementioned events, they should notify us by sending such information to the address post@websiteok.ie. In this case, messages will not be sent to the specific client.

7. In the event of a virus being detected on a CMS-based website hosted on our server, we reserve the right to immediately and completely delete the website.
