KRB Construction & Windows
Quote forms that hand the sales team a complete lead
KRB supplies and installs uPVC and aluminium windows and composite doors, and builds extensions and renovations across Galway. We built a website that works as the first step of their sales process: three separate quote paths, each collecting what is needed to price the job, sent straight into the CRM.

01The problem
Construction enquiries arrive from everywhere: phone, Messenger, email, the website, referrals. Most of them are vague. A customer asks for "a price for windows", sends one photo and no measurements, and the salesperson starts every conversation from zero.
With no single place for leads, some go unanswered for days and the owner cannot see how many enquiries are waiting for a quote.
02What we built
01
Three quote paths instead of one form
A window quote, a composite door quote and a general enquiry for extensions and renovations. Each product needs different information, so each gets its own form.
02
A window form that prices the job
Number of windows, PVC or aluminium, glazing, sizes in centimetres, a budget range and notes such as difficult access, which often changes the price and the schedule.
03
Leads go into Dolibarr CRM
Each submission creates a lead with contact details, the answers from the form, the source and a status, so nothing lives only in someone's inbox.
04
The next steps on the page
Customers see what happens after they send the form: request, survey or estimate, then supply and fitting. Fewer "what now?" calls.
