Why salons look for an alternative
Marketplace platforms are good at one thing: putting your salon in front of people who have never heard of you. The price for that is usually commission or fees on bookings, often on exactly the clients you would have won anyway, plus a listing that sits next to your competitors. Your client relationship lives on their platform, not on yours.
Subscription tools such as Phorest or Timely are a different trade-off: there is no marketplace, but you pay a monthly fee that usually grows with your team. Your own booking system is a third option. You pay once for the build, a small monthly hosting cost, and nothing per booking. You lose the marketplace listing, so it suits salons and clinics whose clients mostly come from regulars, referrals, Google and social media.

Your enquiry in writing
Price your system in the configurator or email us your services, staff and how you take bookings today. Questions by phone are welcome with Dominika; the order itself is always in writing.

Written quote and deposit
You receive the scope, fixed price and delivery date in writing and pay a 20% deposit, fully refundable until we confirm the scope together in writing.

Build and set up
Krzysztof builds the system, we load your services and staff, and you test it on a preview link. The data processing agreement is signed before real client data goes in.

Run both side by side
For a few weeks your new system runs alongside the old tool. New bookings start coming in on your website while existing bookings finish on the old platform.

Move clients over gradually
You share your new booking link with regulars, on social media and on Google, then close the old account when you are ready. Any bug in the first 12 months is fixed free of charge.

You confirm by email
Only then do we start. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until the scope is confirmed together.
Why: nothing gets misheard, nobody is pressured into a decision on a call, and every change has a paper trail for both sides.
Frequently asked questions
Will I lose new clients if I leave the marketplace?+
Possibly some, because a marketplace listing does bring discovery. That is why we suggest running both side by side for a few weeks and watching where your bookings really come from. Many salons keep a marketplace profile for discovery and move regulars to their own booking.
How is this different from Phorest or Timely?+
Those are subscription tools: no marketplace, but a monthly fee that usually depends on how many staff you have. With your own system you pay once for the build and a small hosting fee, and you own the code. The trade-off is a setup period and fewer ready-made features out of the box.
What does it cost to run each month?+

Can I try it before I decide?+
Yes, there is a live demo you can click through to see how clients book and how the admin panel works. Your own system is then built around your services, staff and rules.
How do I order?+
In writing only: through the configurator or by email. You get a written quote with the scope, fixed price and delivery date and confirm by email. We do not take orders over the phone, but Dominika is happy to answer questions by phone.
Can you import my clients from my current platform?+
Usually yes, if the platform lets you export your client list to a spreadsheet or CSV. We check the export before we quote and say in writing what can be moved. Client data is hosted in the EU and covered by a data processing agreement.
