Monthly care · from €79
Website care plans that keep your site safe and current
Updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a few hours of small changes every month, handled by the same people who built your site. Optional, with a fixed monthly price agreed in writing.
- Daily backups
- Security and framework updates
- Small changes included
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Irish time
What care covers, and what it does not
A website or booking system is not finished on launch day. Plugins and frameworks release security fixes, forms stop sending after a mail provider change, an SSL certificate fails to renew. None of it is dramatic on its own, but left alone for a year it adds up to a slow, vulnerable site that quietly loses enquiries. A care plan means someone checks, updates and backs up your site every month, and fixes the small things before you notice them.
Care is optional. Every project we build comes with a free 12-month bug warranty: if something we built does not work as agreed in writing, we fix it at no cost, with or without a plan. Care is for everything else: updates, backups, monitoring and small changes such as new prices, photos or opening hours. New features, new pages or integrations are quoted separately in writing, so your monthly fee never hides surprise work.
Three care plans, fixed monthly prices
Pick the level of attention your site needs. If your needs change, we confirm a plan change in writing.

What happens every month
Routine work you do not have to think about, done in the background.
Monitoring
Your site is checked around the clock. If it goes down, we get the alert and start looking during working hours, often before a customer tells you.
Daily backups
Files and database are backed up every day and kept off the server, so a broken update or a hacked plugin can be rolled back.
Updates done safely
We apply security, plugin and framework updates, then check the key pages and forms so an update never breaks what customers use.
Small changes
New prices, a photo swap, updated opening hours, a seasonal banner. Email us the change and it is done within your plan’s reply time.
Forms and Google checks
On Standard and Priority we test every enquiry form and review Google Search Console each quarter for errors that hurt visibility.
Plain-English reporting
A short monthly note on what was updated, uptime and backups. No jargon, no padded dashboards.
How to start a care plan
- 01
Tell us about your site
Send the address and what it runs on through the contact form. Sites we did not build are welcome too.
- 02
Quick technical check
We look at the current state: versions, backups, hosting and forms. If something needs fixing first, we quote it separately.
- 03
Written quote
You get the plan, monthly price and start date in writing. You confirm by email.
- 04
First month setup
We set up monitoring and backups, run the first round of updates and send you a short starting report.
- 05
Ongoing care
Updates and checks run every month. You email changes whenever you need them.
A care plan makes sense if you
- rely on your website or booking system for enquiries or revenue
- run WordPress or plugins that need regular updates
- want small changes done without raising a new quote each time
- would rather not deal with hosting, backups or SSL yourself
You may not need one if you
- have a simple static page that rarely changes
- have someone in-house who handles updates and backups
- mainly need new features, which are quoted as projects anyway
- are within the first months after launch and happy to rely on the warranty for bugs
How ordering works
Every order is made in writing, never over the phone
You send the brief
Through the quote form or by email. Tell us what you need in your own words, a few lines is enough.
We reply with a written quote
Scope, fixed price, delivery date and what is not included, all in one email, usually within one working day.
You confirm by email
Only then do we start. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until the scope is confirmed together.
Why: nothing gets misheard, nobody is pressured into a decision on a call, and every change has a paper trail for both sides.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a care plan after my site launches?+
No, it is optional. Every site we build has a free 12-month bug warranty, so anything we built that does not work as agreed is fixed at no cost either way. A care plan adds updates, backups, monitoring and small changes on top of that.
What counts as a small change?+
Editing text, prices or opening hours, swapping photos, adding a team member, a seasonal banner or a new FAQ. A new page, a new feature or an integration with another tool is a project: we quote it separately in writing before any work starts.
What happens to hours I do not use?+
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. The plan price covers us keeping that time available for you. If you regularly need more, moving up a plan is usually cheaper than paying for extra hours.
Can you look after a site you did not build?+
Yes. We start with a short technical check. If the site needs fixes before we can maintain it safely, we tell you what and quote it in writing. The bug warranty only applies to work we did ourselves.
How do I sign up or cancel?+
In writing, by email or the contact form. We send a written quote with the plan, price and start date, and you confirm by email. The notice period for Basic and Standard is stated in that quote. Priority runs on a 12-month agreement because we reserve response capacity for it.
When can I reach you?+
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Irish time. We are a two-person team based in Tenerife, which is on the same time zone as Ireland. Dominika takes questions by phone, but change requests go by email so nothing gets lost.
