When a web application is the right answer
Most businesses run on a mix of email, spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools, and that works until one process starts costing real time or money. Dealers send orders as PDF attachments. Clients ring to ask where their job is. Staff copy the same numbers between three systems every Friday. A web application turns that one process into a single place everyone logs into, with the right view for each person: the client sees their orders, the dealer sees their prices, the office sees everything.
We keep the first version deliberately focused. An MVP covers one core workflow end to end, with logins and an admin panel, so you can put it in front of real users within weeks rather than months. Once it is in use, the next stages are planned around what people actually do with it. Everything runs on a modern, widely used stack (Next.js and PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU, with the code and accounts in your name.
Three ways to start
Each project is split into stages with a written scope and a fixed price. You can stop after any stage and keep what was built.

What we build
Client portals
Your clients log in to see the status of their job, download documents, approve quotes or upload files, instead of emailing and ringing for updates.
Dealer and partner portals
Dealers place orders, check their own price lists and track deliveries in one place, with no more orders arriving as PDF attachments.
Internal dashboards
The numbers your team checks every day, pulled together from your systems into one screen that is always up to date.
Booking and ordering tools
Booking, ordering or scheduling built around your rules, when a generic booking platform does not fit how you work.
SaaS MVPs
The first working version of a software product, focused on one workflow, ready to put in front of paying users.
A stack that will last
Next.js and PostgreSQL are widely used and well documented, so any competent developer can maintain the code. Hosting stays in the EU.
How a web app project runs
- 01
Written brief
You describe who will use the app and what they need to do, by email or through our contact form. We reply with questions and a first outline.
- 02
Quote split into stages
You get the scope, fixed price and delivery date for each stage in writing. You confirm by email, never over the phone.
- 03
Design and data model
The first stage fixes the screens, roles and data structure, so later stages build on a solid base.
- 04
Build with preview links
Each stage is delivered on a preview link you can click through. You have 5 working days to test and accept it.
- 05
Launch and warranty
We launch on hosting in your name, hand over the code and documentation, and fix any bugs free of charge for 12 months.
A web app makes sense if you
- have one process that costs your team hours every week
- swap orders, files or status updates with clients or dealers by email
- have a product idea and want a working first version, not slides
- need data stored in the EU, under your own control
Probably not the right fit if you
- can get 90% of what you need from an existing tool
- need something live in two weeks
- have nobody on your side to test and make decisions
- really need a website with a contact form: see our websites
How ordering works
Every order is made in writing, never over the phone
You send the brief
Through the quote form or by email. Tell us what you need in your own words, a few lines is enough.
We reply with a written quote
Scope, fixed price, delivery date and what is not included, all in one email, usually within one working day.
You confirm by email
Only then do we start. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until the scope is confirmed together.
Why: nothing gets misheard, nobody is pressured into a decision on a call, and every change has a paper trail for both sides.
Frequently asked questions
Why Next.js and PostgreSQL?+
Both are mature, widely used and well documented. That means good performance, a large pool of developers who can work on the code later and no lock-in to a single agency or platform.
Who owns the application?+
You do. The code, the domain and the hosting account are in your name, and the data is stored in the EU. Before any real personal data is loaded, we sign a data processing agreement.
How is the project paid?+
Per stage: 40% when a stage starts and 60% on acceptance. You have 5 working days to check each delivery. Every stage has a fixed price agreed in writing before work begins.
Will it work on phones?+
Yes. Everything we build is responsive and works in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. Users can add it to their home screen like an app.
What happens after launch?+
You get a 12-month free bug warranty. For ongoing updates, backups and small changes, there is a care plan for custom systems at €349 a month, which is optional.
How do I order?+
In writing only: by email or our online form. You are welcome to call Dominika with questions, but every stage is confirmed by email with its scope, fixed price and delivery date.
