Where trade businesses lose jobs
Most trade businesses do not lose work because the job was done badly. They lose it in the gaps: a call missed while you were up a ladder, survey measurements on the back of a docket, a quote sent from a personal email that nobody chased. When the diary is full, the enquiry that came in on Tuesday is forgotten by Friday.
A CRM built around your own process closes those gaps. Each job has one card with the customer, the address, photos from site, the quote and who owes what. You see at a glance which quotes went quiet, which deposits are still outstanding and which jobs are waiting on materials or sign-off. We build it around how you already work, not the other way round.
Three ways to start
Every price is fixed in your written quote before work begins. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until we confirm the scope together in writing.

What the CRM does for a trade business
Each feature is shaped around your stages and the way your team actually works.
Clear job stages
Enquiry, site survey, quote, approval, deposit, job in progress, handover and invoice. You name the stages, we build them, and every job sits in exactly one of them.
Photos and notes from site
Take photos and add notes on your phone during the survey or the job. They go straight onto the job card, so the office sees them without digging through a WhatsApp chat.
Quotes that do not go quiet
Every quote has a sent date and a follow-up reminder. When a customer has not replied after the number of days you choose, the CRM shows you who to ring.
Who owes a deposit
See which approved jobs are still waiting on a deposit and which are paid, so nobody orders materials or books a crew for a job that is not confirmed.
Checklists for each stage
Add a checklist to any stage. Retrofit, insulation or solar installers, for example, can track SEAI grant paperwork step by step: documents collected, forms submitted, inspection booked, sign-off received.
Handover and invoice
Close each job with a handover note, final photos and the invoice status. Past jobs stay searchable for when the customer rings back two years later.
How we build your CRM
- 01
Your enquiry in writing
Price the CRM in the configurator or email us a short description of how your jobs run today. Dominika is happy to take questions by phone, but the order itself is always in writing.
- 02
Written quote and deposit
You get the scope, fixed price and delivery date in writing. You pay a 20% deposit, fully refundable until we confirm the scope together in writing.
- 03
Mapping your process
We agree your job stages, fields, checklists and who sees what. Krzysztof builds it and you follow progress on a test version.
- 04
Trial with real jobs
Once the data processing agreement is signed, you run a few live jobs through the system and send us your changes before launch.
- 05
Launch and warranty
We train your team on a short video call and hand over every login. Any bug in the first 12 months is fixed free of charge.
A good fit if you
- run a building or trade business with a steady flow of enquiries
- send quotes and lose track of which ones were answered
- have a small team working on several sites at once
- want something simpler than a big field service platform, shaped to your own stages
Probably not for you if you
- take on a handful of jobs a year and a notebook works fine
- need full accounting or payroll inside the CRM
- want an off-the-shelf app you can start using this afternoon
- are not ready to describe how a job runs from start to finish
How ordering works
Every order is made in writing, never over the phone
You send the brief
Through the quote form or by email. Tell us what you need in your own words, a few lines is enough.
We reply with a written quote
Scope, fixed price, delivery date and what is not included, all in one email, usually within one working day.
You confirm by email
Only then do we start. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until the scope is confirmed together.
Why: nothing gets misheard, nobody is pressured into a decision on a call, and every change has a paper trail for both sides.
Frequently asked questions
Can my team use it on site from their phones?+
Yes. The CRM runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, so there is nothing to install. Your team can open a job, add photos and notes, tick off a checklist and move the job to the next stage while still on site.
How is this different from an off-the-shelf job management app?+
Off-the-shelf apps usually charge a monthly fee per user and ask you to fit their process. We build the stages, fields and checklists around how your business already works, you pay once for the build, and you own the code and the data. The trade-off is that it takes a few weeks to build rather than a sign-up form.
Can it track SEAI grant paperwork?+
It can track the steps you manage yourself, using a checklist on a job stage. You decide the items, for example documents collected, application submitted, inspection booked, payment received. The CRM does not connect to SEAI systems or work out grant amounts; it keeps your own paperwork in order.
How do I order?+
In writing only: through the CRM configurator or by email. You get a written quote with scope, fixed price and delivery date, and you confirm by email. We do not take orders over the phone, though Dominika is glad to answer questions by phone.
What about GDPR and customer data?+
Your CRM is hosted in the EU and the accounts are in your name. Before any real customer data goes in, we sign a data processing agreement with you. Every user has their own login and you decide who can see what.
What happens after launch?+
You get a 12-month warranty: any bug is fixed free of charge. New features, extra stages or integrations later on are quoted in writing like the original build. You own the code, the domain and the accounts, so you are never locked in.
