No. There is no sales call. Everything happens by email. If you have questions, reply to the email or ring Dominika yourself, but we will not ring you.
How long is the analysis?+

Can I give the fix list to my current developer?+
Of course. The analysis is yours to use however you like. Many of the fixes are small and any competent developer can handle them.
If I want you to make the changes, how does ordering work?+
In writing only, by email or the online quote form. We send a written quote with scope, fixed price and delivery date. A 20% deposit starts the work and is fully refundable until we confirm the scope together in writing. We do not take orders over the phone.
Do you need access to my website or Google accounts?+
No. We only review what is publicly visible. If you later ask us to fix something, we agree in writing what access is needed and you stay the owner of every account.
