Most small businesses run on a handful of good tools that do not talk to each other. An enquiry arrives on the website and someone retypes it into a spreadsheet. A customer pays by card and someone creates the invoice in Xero by hand. An invoice goes overdue and nobody notices for three weeks. Running costs of third-party tools (Make, Zapier, n8n hosting, WhatsApp Business API and similar) are paid by you in your own accounts. We tell you the expected cost in the written quote.

Worth automating if you

We reply with a written quote
Scope, fixed price, delivery date and what is not included, all in one email, usually within one working day.
You confirm by email
Only then do we start. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until the scope is confirmed together.
Why: nothing gets misheard, nobody is pressured into a decision on a call, and every change has a paper trail for both sides.

Which tools do you work with?+
Make, n8n and Zapier for most flows, plus direct API connections when they are more reliable or cheaper. Common connections are website forms, Gmail and Microsoft 365, CRMs, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, calendars and WhatsApp Business.
Who pays for Make, Zapier or other tools?+
You do, directly, in accounts opened in your name. That keeps you in control and means the automation keeps running even if you stop working with us. We estimate the monthly running cost in the written quote.
What happens if an automation breaks?+
Each automation sends an error alert so problems do not go unnoticed. Bugs in what we built are fixed free for 12 months. Changes caused by a third-party tool updating its system are covered by a care plan or quoted separately.
How do I order?+
In writing only, by email or the contact form. We send a written quote with the process, tools, fixed price and date. We do not take orders over the phone, though Dominika is happy to answer questions.
Is my customer data safe?+
We prefer EU-hosted tools and EU data regions where available, and we sign a data processing agreement with you before any real customer data passes through an automation.
Can you automate something in the CRM you built for us?+
Yes, that is one of the most common requests. If you do not have a CRM yet, the Automation + CRM package sets one up and connects it in the same project.
