CRM for makers and installers

From the first measurement to aftercare, every order in one place

A CRM for businesses that make and install windows, doors, gates, garden cabins, timber buildings, kitchens and furniture. Survey notes, quote versions, deposits, production and installation dates on one order card, so your office, your workshop and your customer always know where things stand.

  • Fixed price from €1,997
  • Six-stage order pipeline
  • You own the code and the data
  • 12-month free bug warranty

Made-to-measure work needs more than a spreadsheet

When every product is made to measure, one order passes through a lot of hands: the person who takes the enquiry, the surveyor who measures, whoever prices the options, the workshop, the fitting crew and later the aftercare call. Each of them often keeps their own notes, and the customer rings to ask what is happening because nobody can tell them quickly.

We build a CRM around your actual order flow. Every enquiry becomes an order card that moves through six stages, carries every version of the quote and shows the deposit, the production slot and the installation date. Enquiries from dealers and partners are kept separate from retail customers, and you can give customers a simple view of their production status so they stop chasing you by phone.

Three ways to start

Each price is fixed in your written quote before work begins. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until we confirm the scope together in writing.

What the CRM does for a maker or installer

Shaped around made-to-measure orders, long lead times and site installation.

Six clear stages

Enquiry, survey and measurement, quote with options, order and deposit, production and installation scheduling, aftercare and service. You rename or adjust the stages to match your business.

Quote versions

Customers change their minds about sizes, colours and extras. Every version of the quote stays on the order card with its date, so you always know which one was accepted.

Survey notes and photos

Surveyors record measurements, notes and photos on a phone or tablet on site. Everything lands on the order card for whoever prices the job and whoever builds it.

Dealer and partner enquiries

Enquiries from builders, architects, dealers and resellers are tagged and tracked separately from retail customers, with their own follow-up reminders.

Production and fitting schedule

See which orders are in production, which are ready and when each installation is booked. Your fitting crew sees their upcoming jobs with the address and notes.

Production status for customers

Give customers a simple status update, such as order confirmed, in production, ready for installation, so they know where their order is without ringing the office.

How we build it

  1. 01

    Your enquiry in writing

Price the CRM in the configurator or email us your products and how an order runs today. Dominika is happy to answer questions by phone; the order itself is always placed in writing.

  2. 02

    Written quote and deposit

You receive the scope, fixed price and delivery date in writing and pay a 20% deposit, fully refundable until we confirm the scope together in writing.

  3. 03

    Mapping your order flow

We agree your stages, product options, quote fields and user roles. For a custom system this happens in the paid discovery phase, which ends with a written specification.

  4. 04

    Build and trial

Krzysztof builds the system and you test it on a test version. Once the data processing agreement is signed, you run real orders through it before launch.

  5. 05

    Launch and warranty

We train your team on a short video call and hand over every login. Any bug in the first 12 months is fixed free of charge.

A good fit if you

  • make or install windows, doors, gates, cabins, timber buildings, kitchens or furniture
  • send quotes with several options and versions
  • take deposits and work with production and installation lead times
  • get enquiries from both retail customers and trade partners

Probably not for you if you

  • sell standard stock items that need no survey or quote
  • need a full ERP with stock, purchasing and accounting in one
  • want an off-the-shelf app you can sign up to today
  • are not ready to describe how an order runs from enquiry to aftercare

How ordering works

Every order is made in writing, never over the phone

01

You send the brief

Through the quote form or by email. Tell us what you need in your own words, a few lines is enough.

02

We reply with a written quote

Scope, fixed price, delivery date and what is not included, all in one email, usually within one working day.

03

You confirm by email

Only then do we start. The 20% deposit is fully refundable until the scope is confirmed together.

Why: nothing gets misheard, nobody is pressured into a decision on a call, and every change has a paper trail for both sides.

Frequently asked questions

Can the quote form calculate prices automatically?+

It can build a quote draft from the options the customer picks, using your own price rules. You then check it, adjust it if needed and send the final quote. For complex products with many dependencies, we usually recommend keeping that final check in human hands.

Can dealers and partners have their own access?+

In CRM Start their enquiries are tracked separately. A dealer portal with their own logins, price lists and order history is part of a custom system, which we scope in the discovery phase.

Do you build 3D product configurators too?+

Yes. A 3D configurator lets customers design a gate, cabin or kitchen visually on your website, and the chosen options can go straight into the CRM as a quote draft. It is priced separately.

How do I order?+

In writing only: through the CRM configurator or by email. You get a written quote with the scope, fixed price and delivery date and confirm by email. We do not take orders over the phone, but Dominika is glad to answer questions by phone.

What does the discovery phase include?+

For a custom system we start with a €1,197 discovery phase: we go through your order flow, roles and integrations and write a specification with a fixed price for the build. You can take that specification to another developer if you prefer.

What about GDPR and after launch?+

The CRM is hosted in the EU, accounts are in your name and we sign a data processing agreement before real customer data is loaded. You get a 12-month warranty on bugs, and you own the code, the domain and the accounts.
