MA Bathroom Renovations & Tiling
A renovation website with one job: getting the quote request
MA Bathroom Renovations does complete bathroom fit-outs, large-format tiling and wet rooms. We built a website where every section leads to one action, a free quote, and nothing distracts from it.

01The problem
A renovation firm rarely needs a big website. The customer needs to know three things: what the firm does, how well it does it, and how to ask for a price.
Large menus, an unused blog and galleries without context impress other web designers, not someone looking for a tiler.
02What we built
01
A promise about the work itself
The first screen talks about what bathroom customers care about: laser-set, dead level tiling, and a site left clean at the end of every day.
02
Phone and quote side by side
Some customers in this trade simply call, so the phone number sits next to the quote button instead of being hidden.
03
A form that asks the project type
Full renovation, tiling only or a small repair are three different conversations. Knowing it up front means a specific reply.
04
English and Polish
The site says clearly that the team works in both languages, which decides the choice for many customers.

What we deliberately left out
We did not build a CRM here. Enquiries arrive as messages, which is right for a firm this size. A CRM pays off once enquiries start getting lost or more than one person handles them, and the form can be connected later.
