Online booking on the clinic's own website, with no commission
Neuromassage is a neuromuscular and massage therapy clinic in Nenagh. Instead of plugging in a booking platform, we built the booking system into the website itself, with Supabase as the database, so the clinic keeps its customers, its data and its look.

01The problem
Booking platforms are convenient at the start, but the clinic pays every month or per booking, works within the platform's rules and design, and the customer relationship partly belongs to someone else.
For a single-therapist clinic it mattered that booking works on the website, is fast on a phone, matches the brand and leaves the therapist in control of services and hours.
02What we built

Four-step booking
Service with duration and price, date and time, details, confirmation. Short enough to finish on a phone in a minute.

Only free slots are shown
The site checks Supabase for booked times and shows only available slots, so two people cannot book the same hour.
03
Bookings stored as data
Each booking is a record with date, time, service, client details and status, ready for reminders, a client history or a CRM later.
04
No platform in between
The client books on neuromassage.ie, not in a third-party app. No commission per visit and no monthly booking fee.
