Case study · Premium transfers and tours
Sophisticated Travel
A premium booking flow instead of an off-the-shelf plugin
Sophisticated Travel offers luxury airport transfers, chauffeur service and private tours across Ireland. We built a website with a booking form designed around their trips, collecting the route, passengers, timing and extras up front.

01The problem
A plain contact form collects a name, a phone number and a vague message, and the owner has to ask for the details again. Ready-made booking plugins go the other way and force a process that does not fit premium transport.
Premium customers expect a clean, quick form and a professional reply, often while travelling and on a phone.
02What we built
01
A step-by-step booking form
Plan, details, passengers, options and request, in short steps that work on a phone.
02
Everything the driver needs
Pick-up and destination, date, time, passengers and extra notes arrive in one request.
03
Branded email confirmations
EmailJS sends a clear confirmation to the customer and a summary to the owner without a heavy backend.
04
Tours as their own pages
Cliffs of Moher, Giant's Causeway, Connemara and more, each leading to the same booking flow.
03How a request moves
Step 01
Customer picks from, to and passengers
Step 02
Adds date, time and options
Step 03
Confirmation email sent instantly
Step 04
Owner replies with the full trip in front of them
